Zone2Guard Detailed Specification
Description
Zone2Guard is a heavy duty primary barrier mat designed for internal use in the most demanding applications. Consisting of rubber wiper
strips interwoven with polyester fibres and linking strips in a choice of aluminium. Zone2Guard is available as either open (2.5mm) or
closed construction, and in two thicknesses (12mm and 18mm) allowing a wide choice of product configurations to suit most applications.
Zone2Guard is ideally suited to heavy foot and trolley traffic applications such as supermarkets, airports and department stores where both
the drying and cleaning of incoming foot traffic is essential. Zone2Guard has the additional benefit of being reversible where the mat is a
true rectangle or square to give an extended product life. Zone2Guard can be manufactured to most shapes on approval of a template.
Logos can also be incorporated subject to design acceptance.

10 Years Warranty
Zone2Guard offers its customers an extension of the warranty to a total of 10 years for select products of Zone2Guard Entrance Matting.
The warranty period begins on the date of invoice and applies worldwide.
If a warranted defect is reported to Zone2Guard within the warranty period, Zone2Guard shall deliver a new or reconditioned replacement
device free of charge.
The warranty is voided if changes to the product or repairs have been performed by the customer. Zone2Guard does not cover costs for
installation of matting. The 10 year warranty only applies for matting which have been used within the normal use and environmental
conditions defined by Zone2Guard - in other words only when used as intended. The warranty applies for verifiable material and
manufacturing defects. Excluded from the warranty are man-made sabotage, as well as consequential costs of all types.
Zone2Guard voluntarily offers the 10 year warranty and can discontinue the offer at any time without specifying reasons.
